1. Getting Started — Registration & Account Setup
Before you can submit any listing, promotion, or advertisement on The Believers, you need a registered account. Registration is free and takes less than five minutes.
- 1Go to the-believers.com.au/register and click 'Create Your Account'
- 2Enter your organisation name, ABN, contact name, email address, and a secure password
- 3Check your inbox — you will receive a verification email. Click the link inside to confirm your email address
- 4Log in to your Dashboard at the-believers.com.au/my-account
- 5Complete your Organisation Profile: upload your logo, write your organisation bio (100–300 words), and add your contact details
- 6Upload your verification documents via the 'Document Verification' section of your Dashboard (see checklist in Part 7)
- 7Our team will verify your documents within 1–3 business days and send you an activation confirmation email
TIP — Set up your profile completely before submitting listings.
A complete profile (with logo, bio, and contact details) significantly improves your listing's appearance and user trust. Organisations with complete profiles receive up to 40% more enquiries than incomplete ones.
What Login Details Do I Need?
- Email: The email address used at registration — this is your login username
- Password: Set during registration — use a strong, unique password
- Forgotten password: Click 'Forgot Password' on the login page at the-believers.com.au/login
2. Submitting a Listing — Step by Step
Once your account is active, submitting a listing is straightforward. Follow these steps to get your organisation, service, event, or campaign live on the Portal.
- 1Log in to your Dashboard at the-believers.com.au/my-account
- 2Click 'Submit New Listing' from the Dashboard menu
- 3Select your Listing Category from the seven available categories (see Part 3 for what each category requires)
- 4Choose your Listing Tier: Basic, Standard, or Premium (refer to the Rate Card for features and pricing)
- 5Fill in the Listing Form: title, description, category, location, contact details, images, website link, and pricing information
- 6Upload high-quality images — listings with 3 or more images receive significantly more views than text-only listings
- 7Preview your listing using the 'Preview' button to check how it will appear to visitors before submitting
- 8Confirm that your content complies with Islamic standards and Australian law, then tick the Terms and Conditions checkbox
- 9Click 'Submit for Review' — your listing enters the moderation queue immediately
- 10Receive your approval email within 1–3 business days. Once approved, your listing goes live automatically
WRITING A GREAT LISTING TITLE — Be specific, not generic.
BAD: 'Islamic Services in Australia'
GOOD: 'Halal Wedding Catering — Sydney & NSW | Al-Noor Catering'
GOOD: 'Online Arabic & Quran Classes for Children — All Levels Welcome'
Specific titles rank higher in search and attract more relevant visitors.
IMAGES
Always upload the maximum number of images allowed in your tier. Use real photos of your organisation, venue, products, or team — avoid stock images where possible.
