Registering to be travel with Rawaf Mina’s Australian guides is simple. From choosing your package to completing documentation and preparing for departure, our team ensures a smooth and stress-free process.
Step 1: Register with Rawaf Mina
Upload any requested documents, (make sure all documents are properly scanned – don’t use phone camera).
Verification process will begin.
Step 2: Create Account on Nusuk site for Verification ASAP
You must create an account on the Hajj Nusuk site to begin verification process: https://hajj.nusuk.sa/.
Please note: Application/Verifications have commenced. Once you have registered with Rawaf Mina, immediately start the Nusuk Verification process if not already started.

Step 3: Include any family members
If travelling with family members, complete their details in the Family/Companion section, using their unique email address and details.
This will allow you to book your package at the same time and ensure you are in the same package

- Accommodation
- Accommodations included in packages are designed to cater to the diverse needs of pilgrims. The options vary between 5* hotels, providing the highest level of luxury and comfort, 4* hotels that balance luxury with practicality, and 3* hotels that offer essential services during pilgrim stay, suited for those seeking a more extended and relatively affordable experience. All accommodation in all package categories include buffet breakfast and dinner in the hotels. Package Prices start with Quad Room sharing, option to upgrade to a Triple share or Twin share also available in our Standard packages.
- Proximity to Haram
- Makkah Accommodation: Distance to the Haram will vary for each package category. Luxury Package: Hotels will be frontline hotels in direct proximity to the Masjid (within a few hundred meters). Premium Package: Some hotels are within walking distance (approx 1.3km) or a short shuttle bus ride to the Masjid (24/7). Standard Package: Hotels are within walking distance (approx 1.3km) to Masjid, or a short shuttle bus ride to the Masjid (24/7).
- Mina Camp
- Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner is served on all camp days at all camps. The main Mina camp is the Muaisim camp. For all Australian pilgrims, this is approximately 4km from the Jamraat. This camp is used for all Standard and Premium packages. The Majar Al Kabsh camp is located within 500 meters from the Jamraat. There is an option to upgrade to this camp site with the Premium packages. All Luxury Packages use the Majar Al Kabsh camp until sold out.
- Transport
- All required transport is included in all package. The mode/type of transport will vary between package categories. Islamic Travel has requested High Speed Train transfers between Makkah and Madinah. Standard packages currently planned for new air conditioned buses. All airport transfers will be by new air conditioned luxury buses.
